Shipping Policy:

For our standard units: shipping typically takes 10 to 12 days.

For our premium hair and raw units: Which come directly from our supplier, shipping may take a bit longer, usually between 3 to 14 days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure you get the highest quality products!

 

Refund and Exchange Policy:

All sales are final. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of your purchase. This policy is only viable if the hair has not been tampered with or changed in any way . After 7 days all sales are considered final.
